Answer Hi Ashley, Losing weight is hard for everyone. But here are some tips that anyone can do. 1. Choose healthy foods like fresh fruits and vegetables every day. 2. Eat slowly, and put your fork or sandwich down between bites. 3. Drink 16 ounces of water before you eat to help you eat less. 4. Exercise 30 to 60 minutes 5 times per week. 5. Eat with other people at a table and never eat when watching TV. For a better posture, stand tall, don't carry a back pack or other things on your back that weigh more than 5 pounds, and sit up straight in your chair.
