Frozen foods are not bad for you. Frozen food is best if it gets frozen when it is really fresh or soon after it is cooked. It lasts longer if all the air is removed before it is frozen. That's called vacuum packed. If it stays in the freezer for a long time (over a year) it can turn bad. If it thaws out, most things can't be refrozen.
